During the recently held Gamescom trade fair in Cologne, Google unveiled its Cloud-based game and video streaming service. Gamescom is offering chances for hands-on experience on Google's latest streaming service Stadia. Some games are paid, and some games can be played for free. The service will be available in early November. The rumours publicly emerged first in June in E3, a world’s only premier event PC and video games.

With this service, the users are getting a chance to play their favourite games on different platforms like smart TV, consoles, and smartphones in very high resolution. With this clod gaming platform, Google is hoping to bring a gaming revolution. The cloud gaming is in gossips mainly from the last 10 years. The topic didn’t get any green signal to take way to launch the services, but Google has enough guts to try the service.

On the launch event, Google’s plan was so attractive that it diverted the whole population in the event towards it against rivals like PlayStation from Sony and Xbox from Microsoft. In the E3 event in Los Angeles, Google Chief Executive Officer Sunder Pichai explained its idea to build a gaming platform for all.

In the offered subscription some of the games will be offered free and other games will be paid. One of the people who was trying the service at the event, Steven Mertes, a professional gamer said that while using this service, he was not willing to log off which conveys that the games are of much better quality.

The cloud gaming service is mainly designed, especially for the hardcore gamers for next-generation gameplay. But it will be difficult to convince those hardcore ones if they didn't catch the platform thing. The might not be like other occasional players, but they are the people who count predicted by Michaud. The hardcore gamers are always willing to pay for what they want but often got attached to their favourite device may be a PC or console.

Google must find out various technical issues that go with the territory of development of cloud gaming, which will help Google to attract gamers to Stadia.

The streaming service had promised to offer its service at 4K resolution at 60 frames per second. But it depends upon the connection speed, the display, and some other factors also. If you want to get offered a better resolution, first you must get a better internet connection.

According to Pruvot, an employee of Google, the games which they work on are very simple, and the quality of the gameplay will require very little bandwidth with better graphics. According to him, the video games are not just for big productions.

The cloud-based service stadia are also getting other titles like "Netflix for Gaming" as it will be going to provide original content. Though the console can never replace PC games, cloud gaming will be an extra standard for gamers and will give a choice for them to play games.

There will always be different options for gamers like the PC and the console, but the thing matters are what the gamer wants to play which game and how.

There will be two options for the cloud-based subscription. One is the stadia pro, and another one is the stadia base. The Stadia base will be free, and the stadia pro will come with a subscription of $9.99/ month. Destiny 2 will be the first free game pro users, and Google also promises to add new games every month to the library means after a year, you will have around 12 games for free. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose all access to those games. You have to re-subscribe to get those games back. With the pro subscription, you will get support for 4K HDR with 60 FPS streaming with 5.1 stereo sound and exclusive discounts on the games.

The stadia base will be available next year, and the streaming will be limited to 1080P at 60 FPS. You can buy games but will not get discounts. This will be a similar service like steam. There are no words about if we are getting free games like Warframe and Fortnite, etc. This will be a boon for stadia if it will offer these games without any subscription.

At the Launch, in November the pro service will be offered only, and the free service will launch in early 2020. The service will also be available on mobile, starting from Pixel devices only.

Google is also planning to add for Bluetooth headsets in the near future as if you want to use the device on chrome cast, and there is no support for wireless headsets. It has only support for wired headsets. You might stream on your laptop or mobile phone, but the service will only work on Wi-Fi, not 4G. You can add Bluetooth devices on these devices.

There are no words from Google what will happen to the Games which you will buy from Stadia if it gets shuttered. Stadia will help users to save their games, metadata and many more features.

Is this hot dog can also be a sandwich?

The hot dog can never be a sandwich. You can say it as a cereal soup in breakfast. It's pretty much, for now, stay tuned to us for other updates about Stadia.
