Cozy Cat Press Publishes Short Collection of Prize-Winning Poetry

AURORA, Ill.: Cozy Cat Press announced today publication of their new anthology of poems, comprised of selections from poets around the world who entered the company's cozy mystery poem contest earlier this year. The contest resulted in over 300 submissions, with the top 100 making it to the book. It includes poems about all sorts of mysteries--funny, sad, exciting, scary, unique, strange, and sweet. "In other words," says publisher Patricia Rockwell, "something for everyone!  And it's a very small size, so it makes a great stocking stuffer for holiday giving!"

The anthology is entitled "Mrs. Latimer Had a Fat Cat" after the first place poem in the work by entrant Bart J. Gilbertson  The top three entrants received monetary prizes.  The second place winner was Janet Turner, whose poem is "The Berlin Baker" and Audrey Xuan whose poem is "The Tea Is Cold."  The book is edited by Mary Ann Meussling.

The anthology is available at Amazon in ebook format and in a print illustrated version.
