ZestFest 2020 announces new Celebrity Chef Chris Perez
ZestFest returns for 10th year to Irving Convention Center January 24-26, 2020.
IRVING, Texas: New on the line-up for the ZestFest Celebrity Chef Stage this year will be Grammy Award winning musician Chris Perez. Chris recently released his custom "Perez Pepper Sauce" and will be cooking with it on the ZestFest Stage. The small-batch sauce will be available online at CaJohns.com and ZestFest attendees will be able to sample and purchase the hot sauce at the show. Chris will appear on the ZestFest stage Friday January 24 and Sunday January 26th.
Spicy Food Productions is celebrating ZestFest's 10th Anniversary at The Irving Convention Center the weekend of January 24-26, 2020. Spicy food enthusiasts will sample a mouth-watering collection of the hottest and most flavorful foods, condiments, spices, and sauces known to man. Artisan food products from all over the world will be competing in the 24th Fiery Food Challenge and vie for the Golden Chili award. Attendees will have the chance to sample and cast their votes for their favorites in the ZestFest People's Preference Awards.
The Celebrity Chef Stage will also showcase the cooking talents: Jon Bonnell, Eddie Deen, the King of Texas BBQ, "MasterChef" winners Shaun O'Neale and Monti Carlo, Ilie Spilca from Casa M Spice and Bria Downey, winner of Fort Worth Magazine's Top Chef.
Friday night will host the 24th Annual Fiery Food Challenge Awards Presentation at a private party for the entries. Lots of fun for all attendees with the Wingstop Atomic Wing Eating Contest, Puckerbutt Pepper Company Jalapeno Eating Contest and "Hog Heaven ' A Whole Pig Roast and Rib Dinner" hosted by Eddie Deen.
