As we all celebrate today International Friendship Day, BTS and UNICEF have paired up to raise awareness about the harmful effects of bullying. The campaign is named as #stopviolence.

The  Love MYSELF campaign is all about giving positive support to every young person to find the love from within themselves and spreading that love to others," the band wrote in a tweet announcing the team-up, which features a video scored by the K-pop superstar's single "Answer: Love Myself."

The same video featuring the BTS appears on the UNICEF site. Take a look at this tweet, and it is so inspirational.

The scene in the video places a narrative of BTS watching a few of the teens, while they deal with being the targets of bullies of the same age and trying to adjust with stupendous heartache.

As a mean of conveying universal message this friendship day,  the members decided to share a token of love with those teens in need.

In connection to that, this video shows the group coming together to create a kind of love beam that they send across the world. As every teen feels the message of the videos, their mood lifts with a complimentary message to LOVE Yourself above all.

In a parallel world,  as UNICEF project splices with BTS' own Love Myself campaign, targets to restrains violence against teens. As a means of taking statistics so far the #BTSLoveMyself hashtag has been shared 10,463,503 times.

That same year, member RM gave an impactful speech at the U.N.: "Like most people, I've made many and plenty mistakes in my life," he said in his speech. "I have many faults, and I have many more fears, but I'm gonna embrace myself as hard as I can, and I'm starting to love myself gradually just little by little. What is your name? Speak yourself."

Apparently, this is the second time BTS has worked with UNICEF. The first one being the extremely successful campaign “Love Myself” in 2018. They almost raised  $1.4 million to end violence against children.

Most importantly, “Schools are the place where we meet many of our best friends,” UNICEF says of the campaign in a statement.

“Yet, one in three students aged 13-15 are being confronted with bullying. However, too many young people, this behavior in schools can be tough.

That’s why BTS is calling on young people to brighten someone’s day with kindness, as part of UNICEF’s campaign to #ENDviolence in and around schools.

Furthermore, as per the #ENDviolence page on the UNICEF site, the campaign is being given execution to stop bullying, which is specifically targeted to stop bullying in schools.

As the statistics on the site, there are several references that corroborate over a million responses received from a worldwide survey. The result of the survey includes nearly two-thirds of teens feel the pressures and pains of bullying.

On an ending note, all we can do is join them and play our part! Let us, leave a kind note for everyone, either in real life or on the internet, and share it for others to see.

The fact is by choosing respect, support and kindness, we can make our communities safe and supportive.”
