Not Dating in Real Life: Tiktok Stars AJ and Nita

The story of TikTok star AJ and Nita is somewhat similar. TikTok medium has become a popular source of entertainment and AJ is one among those who has gained popularity. This platform has not only helped him build his YouTube channel, but also earn close to 3 million subscribers.
Recently, Tiktok fame cuteness couple AJ and Nita crossed 4 Million views on Tiktok and 2 Million views on YouTube. When asked about the idea behind his YouTube channel ‘Oye It's Prank’, AJ replied that it happened all of a sudden. He always had an inclination towards direction and wanted to become a director. He used to watch funny videos on YouTube from other countries, which inspired him to start this trend in India as well. AJ’s inspiration is Big Dawn's TV. And in terms of competition, he feels Hungama films is the one.
The journey so far was not an easy one and he had to face his own share of struggles to finally reach where he belongs today. The struggle period of 'Oye It's Prank' continued for almost 3 years until Nita joined him 4 months ago. “She is my good friends and helps me in both, YouTube and TikTok,” said AJ.
It took a long time for him to come up with a title that would strike people’s mind instantly. “Earlier I thought, in India people prefer to see adult content but I was wrong! I later realized that people actually love watching funny videos.”
TikTok video of cuteness was the turning point wherein he asks Nita that there is something on her face and then she asks what it is. And he replies, “Cuteness”. This video changed his life entirely.
Since his team is small, he solely comes up with the content for his videos. Sometimes it takes him an hour to think, while at times it takes approximately 2 days to come up with ideas. But per day they shoot at least 20-25 videos, that too during the sweaty summer.
Recently, Nita is working for 3 Music albums and both are awaiting for a film offer. He feels fortunate as Nita really works hard. “I think she is the one who works harder than me. And today we are very happy for gaining 4 million views on TikTok.”
