Do you like to capture outdoor adventures? Do you like pictures in motion? The upcoming Motorola One Action is for you. Some enthusiasts are comparing this device with GoPro. Motorola One is the latest smartphone from Motorola. The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie based on the Android One program. The device was launched in India on August 16 this month and will start delivering the stock from August 30.

The device comes with a 12 Megapixel primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 along with 5 Megapixel depth sensor for portrait shots, and it also gives bokeh effects. There is also another 16 MP sensor that will be used for video recording. Having an aperture of f/2.2 and 117-degree field of view, the devices also have pixel-binning technology. The device has a very narrow frame, and the videos can be recorded vertically and can be played in landscape mode. But unfortunately, the ultra-wide angle lens can't be used to take still photos. Motorola might add this feature in future updates. 

The back panel of the device is glass which has a 3D effect, and the Motorola logo is carved in the fingerprint sensor which is placed towards the centre just below the camera.

The dedicated camera for video recording in a smartphone was introduced by SHARP in its devices Aquos R2 and Aquos R3. The device can record wide-angle videos, and the device can simultaneously click photos also. 

The device is equipped with a 6.3 inch Full HD + display with a resolution of 2580 X 1080 pixels with an aspect ratio of 21:9. Thanks to the narrow bezels, which makes the device very comfortable to hold and watching movies is lit. But YouTube videos are leaving two large dark bars on both sides as the device is too tall. There is also a punch-hole camera on the right top corner inside the display. The selfie camera has a 12 Megapixel sensor.

Thanks to Motorola for not throwing the headphone jack out. The headphone jack would be Boon for gamers and who loves music. There is also an IP62 rating which helps in protecting from light rain and sweat. The device is equipped with the same Samsung Exynos 9609 processor which was found in its last phone Motorola One Vision and paired with a 4 GB RAM along with 128 GB of internal storage. The device is also added with A 350 MaH battery with support for fast charging at a maximum of 15 watts.

Being an android one phone the device will have a clean build of Android Pie, and also it will get timely security updates every month. The device will also get the next two major updates, Android Q and R. Expect The United States all the International versions will get the stock android. The US version will come with Motorola's take on Android the brand also promises to give at least two upgrades.

The box will be purple and included with the device itself, a 15-watt turbo power adapter and a 3.5 mm earbud along with a Plastic case. Displeasingly the turbocharger included in the box will have an attached USB-C cable. If you want to hook up your device to the PC, then you have to buy another cable. 

The device is available in Brazil, Mexico, and some other European countries and will be launching in the US and Canada in the 1st week of October. It will launch in India on August 30 exclusively on Flipkart. The latest device will come with three different colours, Pearl White, Aqua Teal, and Denim Blue.
