Filmmaker-duo Raj and DK werec sported with a symbolic 'white ribbon' at the Star Screen Awards that was held on 8th December 2019.
Speaking on the significance of the white ribbon, Raj & DK said, “We wore as a reminder that women’s safety is of paramount importance. This spate of violence against women goes against everything a civilised society stands for. This is our small way of shedding light on the issues women face daily all over India."
The duo attended the event and presented the Best Emerging Director award to Aditya Dhar for Uri.
