In an endeavor to promote youth talent and leadership, Xtraview has partnered with The Big Red Group to offer 2 deserving students, from amongst the top 100 schools in India, the opportunity to win a full scholarship to attend the 2021 Harvard Youth Lead the Change (YLC) conference. The Harvard YLC conference is a prestigious 7-day leadership program that offers a life-changing experience to students to unleash their leadership capabilities. As a part of the program, these students will also receive one-on-one mentorship from Harvard trainers for twelve months.

Xtraview is invested in students’ success by helping them build key critical lifeskills; this collaboration is an example of that intent. This scholarship is, further, a continuation of Xtraview’s efforts to mobilize change and encourage out-of-the-box thinking. The scholarship is valued at INR 40,000, and students are selected through a rigorous application process that is being conducted across 100 leading schools pan-India.

Xtraview is a one- of- its kind platform founded by two women; Katherine Ernst Mehta - an educationist and Kavitta B Bedi - a leading entrepreneur in the children's space. Xtraview enables students to demonstrate who they really were beyond school marks, test scores, college essays, and application forms. A group of experts in communication skills and interview techniques, mentors the aspirants to get application and industry-ready.

Kavitta B Bedi, Founder & CEO, Xtraview says, “Our country is at the cusp of a revolution that embodies technology and education. The past one year has thrown several challenges that have given us opportunities to break the mold and create a benchmark. At Xtraview we strive to empower deserving students to showcase their talent and nurture their skillset. Partnering with The Big Red Group for The Harvard Youth Lead The Change initiative has further augmented our goals and helped us strengthen our vision.”
