The news and the picture of all four (under 40) have speeded like a wildfire.

Sanna Marin, age 34, Prime Minister of the country, has become the youngest PM in the world. Based on the age, she joined a distinctive group of recently elected young PMs under 40 with Prime Ministers of New Zealand, Salvador and Ukraine. She was a member of the Social Democratic Party and worked as Transport Minister before she was chosen for the highest post of Prime Minister.

Other cabinet ministers are Li Andersson (32) is Education Minister, Katri Kulmuni (32) as Finance Minister and Maira Ohisalo (34) as Interior Minister. The fourth minister is Anna-Maja Henriksson (55), who will work as Justice Minister.

Papparizi and social media are going wild with the reactions too, few sarcastic voices doubt their ability while calling them "inexperienced". On the other hand, feminists are applauding and cherishing these inspired and young members of the cabinet.

Finland is securing a very high rank in gender-equal achievements in Health and Education. The country manages to occupy #4 of 149 ranked countries on the World Economic Forum's Annual Gender Gap Report Index. The country's gender equality Act has made women participation in economic and political turf at a high rate. Finland is celebrating the impressive supply of female politicians and partisans with high potential to be on advanced political leadership.

Finland Equality Act includes quota provision, which requires all the government bodies to have 40% of each gender. Finland was the first country in Europe to allow universal suffrage.

Everyone in the world is looking forward to the young PM and her female cabinet ministers, how they play their important role to make their country more self-sufficient. It is a big change in the traditional practice of politics.

Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohammad (94), the oldest PM in the world, gave a piece of advice to the youngest PM Sanna Marin, "Ask old people for advice but hold on to young idealism."

The sight of equality should have a significant impact on the world's political view so the graph of the contribution of a female politician and bureaucrats can rise.

Equality of gender should be the only ground for the reservation on all the turfs such as governmental organizations or private sectors. India too needs to adopt gender equality ground instead of the caste-based reservation. This would be good for every individual and the society, to get smart top layered personages. It would shoot up the graph of India's economic and social stability.
