The book is a collection of fourteen short stories in Hindi, each belonging to a different genre. It is spread across various kind of people dealing with complexity of relationships, family dynamics. For example: There is a particular story about family issues, misunderstandings and discontent over small things. It highlights the plight of the modern day society. It has the quality of the real life artifacts - the sufferings that modern day couples have to go through. While an another story highlights the state of affairs of a government school and it's teachers. The story is narrated through the medium of a class.

Yet another story is about life of a person and his helping nature, which makes him kind of a hero in his colony. There are other stories too discussing about domestic violence and suspicions; dilemma of torn between love and confusions.

There are existing serious issues in this contemporary world that the author talks about such as ‘Women’s Privacy’, how she has to deal with the misconceptions about her and the misunderstandings of the society.

This book will take you to streets of Lucknow and is written in the most simple, understandable language. The best part of the book is it consists of short stories so they won’t leave you monotonous.

About the Author:

Divya Prakash Dubey (born 8 May 1982) is an Indian Hindi Author, songwriter and has a couple of short films too credited to his name. He graduated in 2005 from College of Engineering, Roorkee and then in 2009 with MBA from Marketing Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune. After this, he worked as Senior Manager (Marketing) in a telecom company. Enthusiastically active in film making, screenplay, lyric, copywriting. He was a member of the Film Writers Association since 2011.

He has written four books: a couple of collection of stories in Hindi, Terms and Conditions Apply and Masala Chai, and two short novels which includes Musafir Cafe & October Junction. He is working on a new art of ‘Storybaazi’

He is the first Hindi author of this fusion style of writing, thereby making the popular fiction genre for Hindi Indian Literature appealing to a wide audience. His other ground breaking efforts include the widely read Sunday Wali Chitthi and StoryBaazi. Both being revolutionary and new ways of story-telling to the masses.
