Nikita Tomar Murder Case Update - Police Administration (DGP) Haryana assures to conduct a fair investigation
Faridabad: In the case of the murder of Nikita Tomar student (Haryana), a complaint has been filed before NHRC by Ashish Rai, Mumbai (law student).
The National Human Rights Commission issued a notice to the Police Administration (DGP) Haryana with strict instructions to submit the report to the Commission within four weeks. Keeping this in mind, on 4 December 2020, the petitioner Ashish Rai Law Student, along with Faridabad Crime Branch officer Anil Kumar, took information about the case through a phone conversation and also assured to conduct a fair investigation.
