Lahaul-Spiti shivers at 3.3 deg Celsius in Himachal
Shimla: Tribal district Lahaul-Spiti's administrative centre Keylong on Thursday recorded lowest temperature in Himachal Pradesh at 3.3 degrees Celsius, a senior MeT official said.
The minimum temperature in Shimla was recorded 11.8 degrees Celsius, whereas that in Manali, Kufri and Dalhousie was 7.6, 9.5 and 11.7 degrees Celsius respectively, Shimla MeT Centre director Manmohan Singh said here.
Rain may occur at some places in plains, low and mid hills whereas snowfall may take place in high hills of Himachal Pradesh till October 7, he added.
Whle, Dalhousie received light rain of 1 mm between 5.30 pm Wednesday and 8.30 am Thursday, he added.
