Mumbai: The Maharashtra government on October 14, 2020, has released new guidelines to give further relaxation from October 15, under the mission to begin again. Safety inspections have already been initiated and trial runs are set to restart passenger operations from Monday, 19th October 2020, 8:30 am.

According to the guidelines, metro train services will restart from October 15 (SOP will be issued by Urban Development dept.) and the opening hours of the shops have been increased by two hours, ie, the shops can now function from 9 AM to 9 PM. (area outside containment Zone)

However, religious places will remain closed and B2B (business to Business) Exhibition will be permitted to open in areas outside Containment Zone from 15th October 2020.
