Nimrat Khaira’s Festive Dance Number Gallan Chaandi Diyan From The Film Teeja Punjab Is The Perfect Desi Tadka For Weddings This Season
National: A Punjabi wedding/celebration is incomplete without that one big dance number that brings the whole family to the dance floor. Gallan Chaandi Diyan, the first song from Amberdeep Singh and Nimrat Khaira’s much awaited film Teeja Punjab, is out now and is exactly that. Nimrat’s melodious voice, coupled with catchy beats, a vibrant music video with infectious dance moves & a mesmerizing performance by Nimrat make the song a definite sangeet party starter.
Teeja Punjab is written and directed by Amberdeep Singh, which stars himself and Nimrat in pivotal roles along with many talented actors; and is produced by Amberdeep Productions and Omjee Star Studios. The lyrics of the song are penned by Harmanjeet Singh and the music is by Jatinder Shah (Shah An Shah).The first song from the album, Gallan Chaandi Diyan released today on Sony Music India. The film, Teeja Punjab releases in theatres worldwide on 3rd December 2021. The film is a complete family entertainer and promises to be a musical treat, with an album of 9 songs created by some of the most celebrated artists in the Punjabi music industry.

Speaking about the song Gallan Chaandi Diyan, Nimrat Khaira, says, “Working on this album alongside great artists from the industry has been a wonderful experience. Some songs are very special to an artist, and Gallan Chaandi Diyan is one such composition for me. I enjoyed every moment of recording the song as well as shooting for the movie. Gallan Chaandi Diyan has finally released, and I am sure that my fans will give it all their love. This song has everything, - good lyrics and music to the right beats, to make it the most popular dance number to groove to this wedding season. Even I cannot stop myself from dancing whenever I listen to the song. This one’s a sure shot instant party starter.”
Having helmed the film, Amberdeep Singh, who also acts in the film and stars in the song, adds, “Gallan Chaandi Diyan is the song that has all the flavour and desi tadka to win your hearts. This is just the song that we need to brighten up the celebratory mood a little more and make everyone from Chacha Chachis to the Tiny Tots fall in love with it. Nimrat’s versatile vocals and the lovely lyrics have taken the composition to another level. After Gallan Chaandi Diyan, audiences can look forward to Naina Da Joda by Ammy Virk which is expected to release next week on 30th November and other hits by some of the biggest stars of the Punjab music industry including popular icons such as Diljit Dosanjh & Ranjit Bawa, Jaswinder Brar; and an emerging artist Amar Sehmbi. Jatinder Shah & Black Virus have composed the songs and the lyrics are by Bunty Bains, Harmanjeet Singh, Roni Ajnali among others.
