Keanu Reeves, Nicole Kidman and Joaquin Phoenix and among '25 Greatest Actors' of 21st Century
The 21st Century has undoubtely witnessed some of the best performances from World Cinema. The New York Times recently compiled a list of 'The 25 Greatest Actors of the 21st Century (So Far)' featuring 25 brilliant actors across the globe, which was curated by the publication's critics Manohla Dargis and A.O. Scott.
As per the critics, there was no set formula used to curate the list and it features their favourite film performers from the last 20 years. However, while deciding on drawing the list, the team only focused on this century and beyond the boundaries of Hollywood. "This list is both necessarily subjective and possibly scandalous in its omissions," the writers penned.
