Bespoken Spirits Whiskey Wins 10 Awards Including "Best of Category" at ADI's 2020 Judging of Craft Spirits
MENLO PARK, Calif.: Bespoken Spirits, a Silicon Valley beverage tech company that uses proprietary technology to accelerate the maturation and tailor the color, aroma, and taste of premium spirits, walked away with ten new awards at ADI's 2020 Judging of Craft Spirits, including "Best of Category – Certified Craft Blended Spirit – Whiskey." These latest awards are particularly noteworthy because, unlike traditionally aged spirits, the company has once again validated its use of science to accelerate the aging process of white or pre-aged spirits. Bespoken Spirits' innovative technology also provides distillers with the unique ability to rapidly refine a spirits' characteristics through customized "recipes" by adjusting wood, temperature, char levels, etc.
ADI Judging is the oldest and the largest competition dedicated to craft spirits with nearly 1,000 entries from all over the world. Judging was done by a group of 50 experts drawn from the spirits industry; all entries were tasted and evaluated blind.
Bespoken Spirits was awarded "Best of Category – Certified Craft Blended Spirit – Whiskey." The best of category designation is awarded to one spirit in an individual spirit category that earned at least a silver medal, was the highest ranked medal for the category, and was judged to be the best example of the category from all spirits entered in that category.

To date, Bespoken Spirits has collected an impressive bevy of awards for its spirits since their introduction just seven months ago. These include recognition from the 2019 New York World Wine and Spirits Competition; 2019 MicroLiquor Spirit Awards; 2019 International Review of Spirits Tastings; 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition; and, 2020 ADI Judging of Craft Spirits.
