Exact Solar Earns Seventh Angie's List Super Service Award

YARDLEY, Pa.: Exact Solar has earned the service industry's coveted Angie's List Super Service Award for the seventh time in the company's history. The organization gives the award to top, A-rated companies in their respective category based exclusively on customer reviews and feedback.

Mark Bortman, Exact Solar owner, noted how much more this award means this year: "There were many unique disruptions due to the pandemic in 2020. We accepted the new challenges to make sure the safety of our customers and our entire staff was the top priority. To be recognized by customers in this way is particularly gratifying and a testament to the dedication to service and safety by everyone."

Super Service Award winners must meet strict eligibility requirements, which include maintaining an "A" rating in overall grade, recent grade and review period grade. The winners must be in good standing with Angie's List, pass a background check, submit a current trade license attestation and abide by Angie's List operational guidelines.

Exact Solar will continue its safety protocol in 2021 while helping more businesses and homeowners take advantage of the newly extended federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC). Mark adds: "Our company joined in the campaign to reverse the planned ITC reduction in 2021, and although a return to 30% wasn't achieved, we were pleasantly surprised when Washington extended the existing 26% credit for 2 additional years."

The importance of this tax credit is highlighted during these times where more people are working from home and students are learning from home virtually. The desire to offset increased electricity bills makes solar more attractive than ever. According to Mark: "With growing power bills and ever decreasing prices, solar energy has never been a better value for homeowners in Pennsylvania and New Jersey."
