Wizard World Teams With East Bay Children's Book Project On Donation Program In Oakland, Nov. 22-24
Attendees at Wizard World Bay Area (Nov. 22-24) can donate graphic novels, comics, science fiction books, or any other similar reading materials during the event.
OAKLAND, Calif.: Wizard World is proud to team with East Bay Children's Book Project, which helps build literacy by putting books into the hands of children who have little or no access to them. Wizard World is asking fans to bring comics, graphic novels, science fiction books, or any other similar age-appropriate reading materials to Wizard World Bay Area, November 22-24 at Oakland Convention Center and leave them in a specially marked donation receptacle near the Special Guest Registration desk.
As a Thank You, fans who donate two or more items to East Bay Children's Book Project during Wizard World Bay Area will receive a free pre-autographed celebrity photo from a selection of previous Wizard World guests. These photographs are available to fans on a first-come, first-served basis while supply lasts, one per family donation per day, at the full discretion of Wizard World.
