Velmed Hospital Dehradun Starts Three-Days Free Health Camp in Police Line
Free blood sugar, ECG and blood pressure check up is being organsied for Uttarakhand Police employees and their families from July 13 to 15
Dehradun: More than 130 police employees and their families underwent free health check-up at the free health camp organized by Velmed Hospital, Dehradun, starting from 9:00 AM today. In today's camp, Dr. Sunil Bhatt, Physician, Velmed Hospital, Dehradun gave free consultation to more than 70 patients. Dr. Omar Khurshid, Orthopedician,Velmed Hospital gave free consultation to 60 patients.
Dr. Chetan Sharma, MD, Velmed Hospital Dehradun said, "During the Corona pandemic, the police staff has served the country the most and knowing their social responsibilities, Velmed Hospital has provided free health camps for these Corona Warriors from July 13 to 15. Today, General Physicians and Orthopedician gave free consultation to Uttarakhand police employees and their families. Tomorrow, on July 14, Dr. Vivek Verma, pulmonologist, Velmed Hospital and Dr. Raiees Ahmed, General surgeon, Velmed Hospital will conduct their free counseling and free health check up of at Police Line, Dehradun . Similarly, on the last day i.e., July 15, Dr. Nagender Singh Rawat from the Department of Neurology, Dr. Neha Sirohi from the Department of Gynecology and Dr. Tarushree will give free consultation to them."
"For the heart-related diseases, I will give free consultation to the patients. On the last day of this health camp, DIG and SSP Dehradun, Shri Arun Mohan Joshi and staff of Velmed Hospital Dehradun will be present.
