Ujjivan SFB launches industry first digital on-boarding for its Microbanking customers

New Delhi: In a unique first, across the banking industry, over 60 lakh Ujjivan Small Finance Bank customers, including a significant majority of microfinance women borrowers would now be able to update their mobile number for their individual banking transactions, through a new Paperless, Real time and Secured, OTP based authentication followed by Biometric Authentication process, instantly, via Ujjivan SFB Assisted App. 

Ujjivan SFB Assisted App is now designed to enable Mobile Number updation on real time. This makes the updation seamless, ensuring that customers receive service and promotional communication on time. The customers can update the mobile number once every six months through this assisted platform and at any point in time by paying visit to any branch of USFB or by approaching any field staff of the bank.
