Suits Unlimited Celebrates Its 50th Anniversary
ALBUQUERQUE, NM, UNITED STATES: Suits Unlimited, the leader in menswear and formal wear in Albuquerque, NM, is celebrating its 50th anniversary, Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.! The company will be having The Cake Ingenuity food truck selling cupcakes and menswear prizes will be given away throughout the day. Suits Unlimited was founded in 1971. It began back then as Mr. Casual, which was only a jean store when it was started. Founder Larry Garcia learned how to use a sewing machine when he was in the Marines in the 1960's. He would sew and repair parachutes for his fellow servicemen. With his background in tailoring, he found familiarity with the apparel industry. He built the business into a full-fledged men's clothing store and brought in his two brothers to manage the quickly growing company of three locations. Their families have since been brought into the store and one generation after another has helped it grow into the prominent business it is today. Back down to one location, the company has really focused in on its customers’ needs and the best ways to serve them. Suits Unlimited is 100% committed to customer service and bringing the best quality for the best value to its store.
