SC Native Sheena Faust Turns Book into a Web Series
COLUMBIA, S.C.: "Why Am I Still Single?", the debut book by Sheena Faust, is now being adapted to a spin off Web Series!
The book, "Why Am I Still Single?" is a candid, yet light hearted narrative that seeks to empower women beyond their relationship status. The Web Series carries this same pulse, though it is completely fictional. It features the life of "Lauren", played by Sheena Faust, and her three best friends, who come up with, in their minds, a genius idea to set their longterm single friend up on a series of blind dates.
Sheena is an actress, writer, director, producer currently based in Columbia, South Carolina. She has wrote and starred in tons of original works and most recently played the role of "Beneatha" in the classic American tale by Lorraine Hansberry, "A Raisin in the Sun."
