Rain in several parts of Rajasthan
Jaipur: Several parts of Rajasthan received rain due to the effect of western disturbance, the Meteorological Department said on Thursday.
There was light rain in Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Bikaner, Churu, Sikar, Sawai Madhopur, Bundi, Jaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Alwar, Bharatpur, and Bhilwara in the last 24 hours, according to a Met department official.
The highest rainfall was recorded at 17.0 mm in Bundi, 16 mm in Chittorgarh, 11 mm in Sawai Madhopur and 4 mm in Tibbi.
According to the department, the minimum temperature on Wednesday night was 5 degrees Celsius in Mount Abu, 8 degrees in Banasthali, 10 degrees in Dabok, 10.8 degrees in Ganganagar and 10.9 degrees in Jaisalmer.
According to the department, the effect of western disturbance is likely to continue in the area of ??Kota and Bharatpur divisions on Thursday.
