Plot: Five IT professionals move into a new house were they start facing horrific incidents at night.

Review: Mane Number 13 is inspired from a bloody lot of films, I Know What You Did Last Summer, April Fool's Day and Annabelle. One of the actors had said in an interview that the film will remind you of The Conjuring. It so would not!

As per the story shown, 5 IT professionals who also happens to be one another’s best friend vacant their residence due to some issues. The gang shifts to another house which seems perfectly fine in the beginning.

But as time passes, they come to know that not everything is going well in this house. They begin feeling some strange incidents happening in the house which scares them to a larger extent. They collectively try to find out about the weird things taking place and before they could reach the source, they start getting murdered one by one. Now they are scared to get killed as well and wonder if the house is actually haunted or they have become the target of some deep conspiracy.

This film is produced by Krishna Chaitanya while the banner it comes under is Sri Swarnalatha Productions. Apart from directing, Vivy Kathiresan has also involved in the writing section and has written a pretty predictable non-effective script.

The film tries to hold the audience by presenting some loops and twists and there are definitely few good scenes: but that is the problem- they are few! The twists in the plot too are very predictable and there are certainly no surprise elements, no jump scares and no concrete story to fall back on. The characters and performances are average too as there is no solid story line to execute on.

It has all the usual elements: A haunted house, some usual spooky treatment and loud background music, and with that Mane Number 13 ends up being an average watch for the horror film loving audience.
