Jimmi Simpson, Gabriel Bateman join 'Unhinged'
Los Angeles: Jimmi Simpson and Gabriel Bateman are set to star in psychological road rage thriller "Unhinged".
According to Variety, the two actors join Oscar winner Russell Crowe, who will play the lead in the film.
Actor Caren Pistorius is also a part of the movie, to be directed by Derrick Borte. Carl Ellsworth has penned the script.
The film "takes an ordinary, everyday incident to its most terrifying conclusion in telling the story of a mother (Pistorius) who leans on her horn at the wrong time, to the wrong guy (Crowe)".
As per the logline, "Road rage' doesn't begin to describe what he's about to do to her and everyone she knows."
Solstice Studios is producing the film. Shooting is currently underway in New Orleans.
