Is Varun Dhawan to replace Rajkummar Rao in Stree 2?
The mega success of the Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor featured horror-comedy Stree, came as a pleasant surprise last year. This Amar Kaushik’s film was loved by both the audience and critics. Now the latest we hear is that reportedly makers are now planning to make a sequel to the film, titled Stree 2.
However, buzz is that it’s the Kalank actor, who is keen to be a part of the sequel given his penchant to explore new territories. Word on the street is that Varun has met the makers several times and is trying to work things around. But, the makers are in a dilemma as they share a good bond with Rajkummar, the hero of Stree.
Rajkummar Rao was immensely praised for his performance in Stree and it would be interesting to see whether makers go ahead with him in Stree 2 or would actually consider Varun Dhawan for the role – Only time can tell the truth.
