Plot: This action-thriller story is inspired by true events, and a tribute paid to the unsung heroes of our country.

The film is about a group of intelligence officers tracking down India’s most wanted terrorist and capturing him, an apparently impossible mission without the help of weapons, monetary support or their own organisational backup, which is led by Prabhat (Arjun Kapoor). The movie honours the heroism of real-life IB officer Prabhat Kapoor who undertook the task of seizing one of the most wanted terrorists without firing a single bullet.

Review: The movie showcase the leading investigating officer Prabhat (Arjun Kapoor) presenting a realistic, low-key portrayal of an undercover operation, who exactly has four days to establish a lead on Yusuf’s whereabouts.

His squad has ordinary men with extraordinary commitment towards our nation. Working in intense circumstances, with the fear of death constantly appearing in the background, who doesn’t pretend to be heroic, even though they are not appreciated as heroes.

The countdown is punctuated by flashbacks to bomb blasts caused by Yusuf and the terrorist’s viewpoint finds a platform at regular intervals in the form of what jihad means to him, and seems repetitive beyond a point, which are accompanied by Amit Trivedi’s music that weaves its magic into the movie. The musician keeps it easy-going with no unnecessary drama.

But the utter absence of dramatization makes it a slow moving burn crime drama instead of an edge of the seat thriller that you might anticipate it to be. Things are downplayed to the extent that they lack the tangible tension that you expect from a story like this. Though Arjun Kapoor worked sincerely; he was unable to engage the audience completely. He did a little to boost the film that entirely works for its story. Gupta's directorial venture has grabbed enough eyeballs with its posters. Running high on patriotism, despite the odds the story deserves to be heard. However, this movie works as a double-edged sword.
