Now, Mr. Gabriel has brought the 60 minute show forward via the podcasting platform Libsyn with audio support from local Poughkeepsie, NY podcast studio Clicquot Vision Media Group.

'And So It Flows' uses H2O music of every genre, as a way in to people's hearts and minds. The show' engages listeners to see water through a wider prism.  The show allows listeners to relate to water as more than a clear liquid. He highlights how water is our medicine, our culture, religion, philosophy, economy, art, music and politics. Mr. Gabriel points to the Hudson River Valley, which has played an important role in the modern water movement. Native environmentalist Pete Seeger lead the way establishing the Hudson River Clearwater Sloop, as well as the Hudson River Keeper who now stewards our river. Early threats to Storm King mountain got many other environmental groups and individuals to take a stand for our water. Recent poisonings of water resources in nearby upstate Hoosick Falls, Newburgh and New Windsor, NY are troubling signs that we all must protect and preserve our water supply.  Mr. Gabriel believes the Hudson River is on the front line of all things H2O.

According to Mr Gabriel, "It is extremely important that we create media that's speaks for water and highlights the issue. We need to ensure that all people have access and understand the value of water, as well as the cultural role that water plays in our lives. "The And So It Flows podcast is an important vehicle for providing people access to Water Consciousness," Mr. Gabriel added.

Mr .Gabriel's goal is to stimulate and excite the public about the value and benefit of water.  He is committed to raising awareness about sustainable water practices and ways we can all do our part to protect our most precious resource, water.

Leslie believes that water has the unique ability to create an atmosphere of celebration. Most days he can be found moving and grooving to the sounds of music that reverberate the simple messages of water. His book "Liquid Love" is being re-released and is due out this fall, 2019.

He is a public speaker about the pressing need of water sustainability and the need to transform our relationship to water to a state of love and respect. His knowledge and passion for water is without equal, he loves water so much that he has dedicated his free time to fight for our human right to free, clean water.

Mr. Gabriel is also proud father of two, "Not So Little People": Kyla Elianna Gabriel (24) and Jeremiah Noah Gabriel (20). Leslie Gabriel is also a long distance runner, hiker, skier, kayaker, camper, traveler and dancer.
