"After the lockdown was partially lifted and the shooting of TV shows was allowed by Govt of Maharashtra, we started the shoot of our popular show Bhakarwadi on June 25th.

We followed all the guidelines of Govt of Maharashtra and it was all normal till July 11th.

But on 11th, the tailor on the set complained of weakness, who got tested for COVID on the 19th. But unfortunately, he passed away on July 21st at his residence. It is after his death, we came to know that he was COVID positive.

Taking note of that, we tested his close contacts and found one among them positive, so we organized the RT PCR test (swab test) for everyone on the set, and in this test, a few more were found positive.

Those who were tested positive and their close contacts, are isolated and are being treated.

All of them are being treated and will join only after they test negative. As per the guidelines, we stopped shoot of our show for 3 days, which will end tomorrow.

We pray for their well being and will take care of them as they are all like family members of Hats off Family."
