Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google, explained these upcoming guidelines of taking the step to demoralize the workers on discussing the political issues on the various internal communicating platforms via an email. According to Recode, the guidelines stated that it is essential to share ideas and messages to bridge the communication gap, but at the same time, there is no need of having a debate over the latest news or any political information and focus on the work they are intended to do. Since in the past few years, there have been some ongoing issues of the company with the U.S government as a result facing the political bias impeachment as alleged by the conservatives the company had to such a drastic step. The views given by co-founder Sergey Brin after Trump's victory had claimed on the allegation of Google being biased against the conservatives and its image might get intruded based on ideology. It has now become the discussion as those employees who intend to demean or insult by making unreliable statements would have to face disciplinary action on violating the newly set guidelines.

Google's new set of rules is now under surveillance from the public, higher officials as well as its employees on the issues that have created a fuss at an international level.
