Four die in road accident
Durg: Four persons were killed Tuesday when the motorcycle they were riding collided with a four-wheeler in Durg district of Chhattisgarh, police said.
As per preliminary information, the victims were on their way to a dhaba towards Rajnandgaon when the incident occurred on Pulgaon bridge around 2 am, a police official said, adding that all the four died on the spot.
The deceased were identified as Dipak Netam, Rohit Yadav, Sohan Dewangan and Dipak Yadav, all aged between 19 to 24 years and natives of Durg town, he said.
A case has been registered against the driver of the unidentified four-wheeler under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and further investigation is underway.
