Canara Bank Republic Day Greetings Displayed in Sky by Aeroplane in Bengaluru

Bangalore: The Republic Day celebrations in Bangalore witnessed special greetings flown in an aeroplane at various parts of the city. Canara Bank arranged majestic Aerial Greetings on Republic Day. The event was executed by AKAR Advertising and Aerialworks Aero LLP. This was well received and appreciated by the public.

Aerialworks Aero LLP’s Captain Murali flew the aircraft from Jakkur Aerodrome towards JC Road, Lalbagh, and flew south of Bangalore for about 2 hours to spread the greetings of the Republic Day.

India's 3rd largest PSU bank which believes in innovation took this as a good opportunity and greeted Bangaloreans using new and innovative mode.

Later Captain Murali said, “It is indeed the first time in the state that such a service is provided. Our agency Aerialworks Aero LLP & AKAR Advertising jointly launched this service for the people of the state. It is a service that circles the sky and delivers messages of love to their loved ones.”

Initially, emergency messages were spread across using Aeroplanes. This type of advertising was very popular when the other modes of media were not prominent. Now this service has started in Bangalore.

Research has shown that aeroplane advertising is very effective. “Advertisements from the aeroplane and personalized message banners can be displayed through this service. We can have different sizes of banners and we can reach remote areas and targeted locations as well. We are happy that this new service has been used to spread the greetings of republic day by Canara bank,” said Sharan Makhija, CEO of AKAR Advertising.
