Author event to feature “Open Book” meet and greet as well as photo opportunity
BIRMINGHAM, Ala.: Actress, singer, and fashion mogul Jessica Simpson, will join fans for a meet and greet and photo opportunity event to celebrate her newest project, “Open Book.” Books-A-Million invites guests to join the author on Thursday, February 13 at 7 p.m. at the Mt. Juliet store located at 401 South Mount Juliet Road.
For the first time, Jessica reveals her inner monologue and most intimate struggles in her new novel, “Open Book.” First celebrated for her voice, she became one of the most talked-about women in the world, whether for music and fashion, her relationship struggles or as a walking blonde joke. But now, instead of being talked about, Jessica is doing the talking. Her book shares the wisdom and inspirations she’s learned and shows the real woman behind all the pop-culture clichés — “chicken or fish,” “Daisy Duke,” "football jinx," “mom jeans,” “sexual napalm…” and more. Tickets, which will include an unsigned copy of the book “Open Book” and a photo opportunity with Jessica Simpson. A professional photographer will be taking photos of guests and the author and it will be available for free download immediately following the event.
