NIAGARA, Ontario: Black Ram Media Group is excited to relaunch "Late Night With Dr. Paul" set to start filming in November with a Toronto and surrounding area twist.

"Late Night With Dr. Paul" - a popular show online and on TV from 2008 to 2010  is relaunching.  Shot in a variety of locations, including Halifax, Montreal, Charlottetown, Mayan Riviera, and New York City, it showcases an interesting and eclectic mix of guests. Entrepreneurs, entertainers, musicians, chefs, activists, and other assorted candidates sit down with The Doctor for casual, intelligent conversation - coupled with humour as dry as his martinis.

The show started as a light parody of popular "Dr." talk shows that focused on fad trends but lacked substance.  "Dr Paul" believed humour - shaken, not stirred - could be leveraged to provide a platform for more earnest discussions.  Over the years, he has interviewed over 200 guests, over 691 martinis including the likes of: Kevin O'Leary, Juno-awarded musicians Stephen Fearing and Don Ross, celebrity Chef Ray Bear, celebrated filmmaker Michael Melski, Canadian "Science Guy" Richard Zurawski, award-winning political cartoonist Michael de Adder, Canadian Journalist of the Year Tim Bousquet, comedian Francois Weber, and retired NY mobster Tony "Nap" Napoli.

Producer Maria Gagliardi of Black Ram Media Group Inc learned about the show and thought the timing was perfect for a relaunch. "Paul can't help but be funny, he has a way of using his biting conversational humour to really drive home poignant thoughtful commentary on sometimes controversial issues.  In this culture of mob censorship, political correctness, and 'ready-fire-aim' outrage, so many talk show hosts play it safe and I think there are viewers that miss real conversations that sometimes push the envelope.

Our first interview is with William O'Sullivan from #ChurchToo about the Catholic Church Abuse Scandal ... Paul is not afraid of difficult conversations.  He also has a wide scope of knowledge and interest outside of fomenting controversy.  I think viewers will be pleased by the variety of people and topics we'll be covering."

The first filming is tomorrow at Taris On The Water, a five star restaurant in Welland. The show will be released online through Late Night With Dr. Paul's & Black Ram's YouTube channels, as well as the website.

Producers are seeking venues and interesting persons/ celebrities to be interviewed over a martini.  The show is flexible as to content and producers work with guests in advance to ensure the conversation covers what really matters most for the guest and audience.
