Andaman and Nicobar Islands remain COVID-free
Port Blair: Andaman and Nicobar Islands remained free from COVID-19 as no fresh infection was detected, a health bulletin said on Thursday.
The lone coronavirus patient in the archipelago was cured of the disease on May 17.
The Union territory's tally stood at 10,039, while 9,910 people have been cured of the disease and 129 patients have succumbed to the infection to date.
The administration has thus far tested over 7.32 lakh samples, and fully vaccinated 3.38 lakh people.
