LOS ANGELES: Jodie Fisher is an American actress of Scandinavian and Irish descent. She was raised in Dallas, Texas, and started performing at an early age as a dancer and began competing with the Dallas Dolls. At 16, she won the National Miss Drill Team Competition. After graduating from Texas Tech with her degree in Political Science, she "accidentally" went on a cattle call for an Aaron Spelling pilot and booked her first pilot for Aaron Spelling in the early '90's. Jodie moved to Los Angeles and began auditioning, booking leading roles in various films. In 1992, she joined the Screen Actors Guild and began landing leading roles. She has worked extensively in film and TV ever since.

Casting New Lives', managing partners Rob Lowe and Brinka Rauh, couldn't be happier with all of Jodie's past and present accomplishments.  "Jodie Fisher is one of nicest people we have had the pleasure to work with and we look forward to what to what her bright future holds in store for her," says Rob Lowe.

Currently filming, Jodie has landed the role as series regular, "Julie" in "The Real Geezers of Beverly Hills - Adjacent".

Along with everything else, she is involved in callbacks for a new pilot that shoots in Texas, AND, she is going back in to meet with NCIS:New Orleans for the 3rd time! She has previously appeared in NCIS: Los Angeles and loved it. She is often heard saying that this was her favorite set to work on!

Dallas native Jodie Fisher has lived in Los Angeles since the '90's. She has one son, Jack, who is the love of her life. Her favorite show is Game of Thrones and is an avid snow skier and dog lover.
